New Blog “fine spangled sort “ London Fancy and Lizard Canary

The Blog “fine spangled sort “  is dedicated to the history, conservation and advancement of the fine spangled sort: the historical name that encompassed both the London Fancy and Lizard canary, the oldest cultivated varieties of Serinus canaria.

The first article: Back from the dead (Risuscitato il London Fancy)   speak of   Theo Minten, that at the international show in Meijel  (the Netherlands),in 2004 ,  exposed the extinct London Fancy . It can be seen for the first time at a bird show for almost 100 years.

Questo blog è dedicato alla storia , conservazione e progresso dei migliori tipi di canarini “scagliati”(con spangles): il nome storico che raggruppa  sia il ”London Fancy” che il “ Canarino Lizard”, le più antiche razze di canarini allevati.

Il primo articolo Ritornato dalla morte (Resuscitato) parla di Theo Minten, che alla mostra internazionale di Meijel (Paesi Bassi), nel 2004 , espose l’estinto London Fancy. Si poteva vedere per la prima volta dopo quasi  100 anni.Tra poco gli sviluppi
